NH532 wont reboot after upgrade to win10

Since the PC frequently asked for an ugrade we bought a win10 upgrade stick but the upgrade failed.
Now our PC asks for reinstall of the origin software when in BIOs
Windows do not start up and in bios it doesnt work to restore to factory settings or install win10.
So to get it up and running I suppose we need to reinstall win8
But were do I get Win8 installation package for this PC... ?
Do I need to upgrade something more ?

depending on which recovery DVD you exactly need have a look at the Recovery Webshop.

Before upgrading to Windows 10, have a look at the following FAQ:

You can obtain Windows 8.1 recovery media from Microsoft free of charge for all OEM systems including your NH532. The media will recognise the activation key built into the notebook's firmware so you don't need to enter an activation key during install.

Make sure you choose the right edition, either pro or home according to what came originally with your notebook though.
