T902 - Windows, sound, A&B buttons not working

Hi,

I've a LB T902 that I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Works great except for the on-screen buttons (Windows, sound up/down, autorotation lock and A / B buttons) which do not work.

I've tried installing several version of the drivers downloaded from the web site (W10 x64, W10 x32, W8.1, W8, even W7 x64) none of them work.

Does anyone have a hint ?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, and although I played a lot with the drivers I did not manage to find a solution...

Hi everyone

If all the drivers have been tested, it exists the possibility that the Application Buttons Sub Board is faulty. Hence under this circumstance, we would advise for the customers to reach the closest Fujitsu Service Partner, or contact their local service desk.

buenas, querida yo del pasado.
informo que logré reparar los botones yendo a este enlace https://www.shopfujitsu.com/CSPortal/su ... book%20PC#
y descargué button driver, system extention, system manager, fujob1, fujie3, fujitsu bios, entre otros.

descarguen los drivers, es especial el de system manager y todo ok.

me cansé de que fujitsu no responda correos, en Arg no hay teléfono de soporte, solo ventas, llamé a España, Colombia, Chile y nada, nadie de fujitsu ayuda y jamás responden, ni por twitter o instagram, jamás ayudan.

espero les sirva, yo me descargué casi todos los drivers, así que hagan eso :^)
