Can't access bios

Postby Jim T » Mon May 02, 2016 10:34

Hi I have a Lifebook AH532. I had a problem and I had to install windows 7 again but now I completely lost access to bios. F2 sends me to the windows boot screen and F12 does not work so I can't boot from a cd/dvd and i cannot install again the windows. I have updated the last version of the bios from the fujitsu site but still can't access it. I removed the hard drive and opened the laptop without it but no lack either. Can someone help me please?

Thank you.
Jim T.

Click "Enter" Button after Power on. Then you must see Bios-Menue.

I'm afraid you're simply not quick enough...

I don't own an AH532 personally, but did you try already pressing & holding down multiple keys (e.g. v-b-n-m) together right after switching on the system?

Normally, that should bring you to a "Keyboard Stuck Key" error message, allowing to enter BIOS at that stage. (Similar to that infamous "Keyboard Error - Press F1 to continue" message)

Are you trying to leverage the "internal" keyboard, or is there any USB-type keyboard attached? Any other USB devices?
