Laptop USB issue

Dears,
I am working in an university and we brought some Fujitsu Lifebook A544 laptop. And are having smart board from Smart technology. But all Fujitsu laptop connecting to smartboard using USB cable having issues. We tried installing the drivers again and again still the problem exist.

We also have Fujitsu PC's but no problem with that. Can you please advice.

at a guess id go into bios and disable uSB 3 - save and exit and then see if resolved
