Hello

what is "Anytime charge usb" ?

Is it the possibility to charge a phone when the computer is off (and not sleeping) ?

If it is that, how to activate it, because when my computer is off, any usb can charge my phone...

This function is available with certain USB 2.0 ports. Anytime USB Charge allows you to charge your phones / media devices even when the notebook is turned off.

On yours only 1 port supports it (USB 2.0 total 2 (1x with Anytime USB Charge functionality)

you may need to install the Anytime USB Charge Utility
from http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Download

On my S762, yes, I have only 1 port USB supports it : it is an USB3.0.

I download the utility, but it doesn't work : there are 2 choices possible, but any of both work...

Have you already try this option on your labtop ?

the usb 3 port left side nearest to the fan port is your usb anytime port.

yes, I see it, but when the laptop is off, this usb port (and the others) don't charge my phone...

I don't know who to do it ?

what is the phone model you are using ?
as it may require an installation from the manufacturers site to get it to work

I used a samsung galaxy s
I installed the drive of the phone on the laptop.

try cleaning any fluff from the battery contacts this is a known issue with those phones

I tried with another phone, and miracle, it works with the other phone !
So, you have right, it is a problem with my galaxy S.
I cleaned the micro usb port of my phone, but it doesn't work...
