LH532 unable to be booted up

Postby kevinkho » Mon Jan 14, 2013 11:16

My LH532 was shut down normally last night. When I tried to boot it up in this morning, It seemed that it was started at sleeping mode. However, the HDD did not start and only the first three buttons (i.e., WiFi, Power Supply, and the Battery) were on as well as the On/Off switch. I tried to turn off and turn on the computer again but it is locked in this mode. Is there any way to reboot the computer?

Remove the battery and the mains and then hold the power button for 10-20 secs.
Replug in the mains but DO NOT put the battery back in
Try powering on just with mains plugged in (battery out)

Thanks Sabrex. However, it does not work. Is there any other method to reboot the computer, or at least let me to get access to the bios?

If that doesnt work then its possible you have a hardware failure (likely motherboard) you need to contact warranty and report fault

I have a question if you are still using this product now?
