I have a Fujitsu/Siemens Esprimo U9200 notebook for 3 years now.
During the first 2 years I do not have any problem. Just after the 2nd year
my notebbok cannot power up and so I sent it for repair and the service
center change for me the motherboard. A year later again my notebbook
cannot power up. This problem is intermittent. The service center agreed
to change the motherboard for the second time. I was happy with it as
it was still under warranty. It was working fine for about 3 1/2 months
and then the same problem come back again. The notebook will not power up when
I press the power switch but if I leave it and try at interval it will powerup
sometimes after a few hours. After it is powered up it will work fine until
I switch it off. The next morning I will have the same problem powering it up
again and have to wait until the notebook decided to power up on its own.
I have tested using the A/C power adapter or the battery and I still get the
same problem. When it decided to power up it will do so either with the A/C
adapter or the battery and so I think both the A/C adapter or battery are not
the cause of the problem. One thing I have noticed is that the time/clock on
the computer is delayed whenever it is power up finally and I have to adjust the
I have continue to use my notebook for 3 weeks now except that now I do not
know when it can power up.
Can someone help or have experience the same problem?
