[V5535] Hard Disk WD3200BEKT and boot + format problems

Hi to everybody..
1 week ago i deside to upgrade my FSE V5535 hard disk to something more big in space and more fast.
I bought the wd3200bekt (320gb 7200rpm 16mb) and i cannot format the pc..
1)sometimes it finish format but crashes after with blue screen
2)sometimes just not see the hard disk and cannot format it at all.

the disk is working perfectly and i tried again with enabled in the bios the "32 bit I/O" but always the same story.
Is anything i can do more??

ps. All test have been done with XP and WIN7 and the results was the same
ps2. I have the last version of bios 1.13.

I dont see your hdd in the compatable list the problem may well be that the ceiling limit is 250
