I had a long discussion with support via email. I send them a link to this forum but their employee Irina Petrovich did not even care to read carefully my emails! Thus I had to send the same information twice or more to her.
Moreover it seems that nobody in this company tried the latest BIOS version with 4gb themself! They prefer to carry out experiments on their own customers!
Moreover she advised me to update BIOS via windows! When I asked how will I restore my notebook if something goes wrong during bios update, she of course ignored my question.
Fujitsu, DO YOU HAVE QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS IN SUPPORT???
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF FUJITSU COMPANY. AND I WILL NETHER BUY ANYTHING OF THIS BRAND. THIS PROBLEM IS A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM, THEREFORE I SUGGEST EVERYBODY TO RETURN THIS NOTEBOOK AND ASK FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THIS COMPANY. ACORDING TO OUR COUNTRY LAW WE CAN DO IT EVEN AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
