Hi
I recently had to do a re-installation on my laptop and halfway through loading it stopped, a box popped up saying i should start process again by clicking the ok box, when i click ok it closes laptop down and restarts but only taking me back to the same problem time after time, the disc inside spins but nothing happens.
would anybody have any idea what the problem could be bearing in mind that i can not start laptop up as normal? any help would be appreciated.
