My son can't use his Esprimo V5505, it now 18months old.
It can't get power, I change the power supply but it made not difference, the fault must be internal. I have a feelingthe fault is a bad connection, as problem was initially intermittent Can some point me to a technical manual so I can see how to get the case off to check.
