Why dont you download a full Vista + SP1 directly from microsoft and install the cert and the OEM SLP key for the version of Vista you've installed.
Since your mobo came with Vista preinstalled it means that your bios has SLIC table, which gives you the option to install any Vista version...e.g. Home, Ultimate...e.t.c.

Install the cert like this:
1. Copy the cert (FUJITSU_SIEMENS_COMPUTERS_GMBH-100024.XRM-MS) to c:\
2. Open CMD ( Command Prompt ) and type the folowing comand.
3. slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\FUJITSU_SIEMENS_COMPUTERS_GMBH-100024.XRM-MS (the name may difer, but the licence is the same)
Install the key like this:
slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
BTW. Do not enter any key during the install process.
And you can get hold of the cert from your own pc.
It is located at C:\Windows\System32\OEM
