[V5535] Esprimo in the UK

Having just purchased a V5535 Esprimo I thought I would take advantage of a good offer for an extended warranty.

I therefore bought an extended warranty service pack from Ebuyer.com

On there advert it stated valid for Esprimo Vxxxx amongst others. Upon receiving the service pack certificate it maes no mention
of the Vxxxx series. Ebuyer.com say this is just because it is an old certificate and IS valid for the Vxxxx series.

I rang Fujitsu who said just enter the Activation Key and it should be ok. I did so and it accepted details of my Esprimo evne though on step 6 of the
activation progress again no mention of Esprimo Vxxxx, I am assuming this is because the original certificate did not mention it.

I would just like written confirmation, e-mail is ok, from Fujitsu that this is all ok. I do not want in 18 mths time for them to say the service pack is
not valid.

Im unsure how to get this confirmation from Fujitsu as all I have a a list of phone numbers.

if you contact the support, they can check if the extended warranty is written down in our warranty database.
