Unable to reboot after a crash!

hi guys..i just got my Esprimo Mobile V5535 yesterday and after installing a few things like flash player and stuff i turned it off when it showed "windows installing new updates"...which was fine but then it just crashed half way through and when i tried rebooting it stopped on the screen saying repair windows or start normally

i tried both of these at least a hundred times, tried resetting defaults in BIOS and all that but it always gets to a blue screen saying windows prevented from turning on to protect the system???

am really confused and don't know what's going on!!

can somebody help please??!!

hmmm... thats odd. have you tried a fresh install of windows? to see if thi is a hardware issue or a software issue.

you may have downloaded a virus or spyware when downloading stuff. once you install your OS again. be careful what you download.

It is probably some unsigned driver which might be virus and does preventig win to load.
Boot from your installation disk, go to recovery console and type:
bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

This should make windows load.
If this doesnt helps press F8 continiusly while booting and choose "Last known good...."

After succesfull boot, disable system restore and scan for viruses.

thanks for your reply guys but i've tried all of that a lot of times..it is quite strange

i tried everything from kernel debugging, last known config and safe mode and everything else! nothing works and it wouldn't even boot from the recovery CD

i'd probably just return it i think..

If your unable to boot from the recovery CD, then it looks like a hrdware issue.
I would sugest that you take it to FSC service center.
