[V5535] bluetooth

Hi,

My friend tried setting up his new V5535 Esprimo laptop computer but lost power during the setup. He managed to re-install the OS (and delete the old install of windows vista) and create the driver/utility cd's and installed everything off the cd as the computer was missing a few drivers (showing as 'unknown' in the devices in c panel/all ok now) but the bluetooth option isn't highlighted for you to enable when you use the FN + F1 to switch on/off wireless options, it allows me to switch on & off the wirless which works ok but bluetooth all 'greyed out'. Tried doing it in the BIOS and it shows up there, just doesn't let you enable/disable. Any thoughts? Looking at the product description all these V5535's should come with bluetooth so am I missing a driver or software that's not on the cd driver disc created?

I think V5535 does not have BT(since you cannot even disable/enable it in BIOS, this is surely not a drivers issue).

I have a V5505, I can recall seeing something in the ads when I bought it that it came with Bluetooth, but so far have not managed to find out how to activate it. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no "built in bluetooth" on this laptop! you could however add your own .

As I'm familiar v5505 already has a bluetooth.
