Hello,
do you someone have experience with replacing a harddrive in this laptop? Im trying WD Scorpio blue (SATA) 160GB and the HDD is not visible in BIOS... it is not visible in instalation of WinXP...

Bios version is 1.0F-2A16-8A20

possibly you may need to install drivers from CD, make sure your boot order is from CD and you are able to navigate to the .exe file to install the drivers. Some DOS work is needed.
