Have just reformatted and installed all the on my amilo pro v2010, but when i put a cd or dvd into the dvd/cd drive the laptop does not regconise it, and when i go to my computer to open it up from there, the computer crashes.
can anyone help as it is rather annoying and not sure what to do aand i cannot install anything from a cd and need to
