Iyi gunler,
Ankara Armada Teknosa'dan aldigim Amilo Pro V2045 model cihazi asiri
isinma ve kapanma sorunu nedeniyle Ankara Datapro servisine goturdum,
ariza giderildi raporu verilmesine ragmen ayni sorun devam etti ve
cihaz kullanilmaz durumda, ikinci kez servise goturdugumde anakart
degisimi istendigi belirtilerek yogun islerim yuzunden cihazi geri
aldim. 5 mayis tarihinden beri degisimi yapilacak parca yurtdisindan
gelmedi. Servisi aradigimda fujitsu-siemensle irtibata gecmem gerektigi
soylenerek bir kayit numarasi verildi. FS Cagri merkezini aradigimda
sadece 30 gunu gecen parca gecikmelerinde yeni bir cihaz verilecegi
soyleniyor.
Datapro servisten gecikmenin 15 gunu asacagi belirtilmedigi icin
yedek cihaz istegimi cagri merkezine ilettigimde 15 gunu gectigi icin
kullanmak uzere bir cihaz verilemeyecegi ve bu hakkimi kaybettigim
soylendi ve mail yoluyla destek@fujitsu-siemens.com ile temasa gecmem
soylendi.
Tum Turkiye capinda bu kadar cok satan bir urunun yedek parcasi nasil
olurda bu kadar bekletilir. Servisle baglantiya gectigimde cagri
merkezine orayi aradigimda destek hattiyla baglantiya gecmem
soyleniyor,cesitli tuketici haklari merkezleri, internet forumlari ve
Almanya FS'e kadar bu sorunu iletecegimi bildirir, bu kadar ilgisiz bir
deknik destekle karsilastigim icin urunu aldigima pismanim.
Bitirme projelerim nedeniyle Acil olarak bu urunun yenisiyle
degistirilmesini istiyorum.

a quick summary :

this guy has bought a FSC amilo v2045 (which is a biiiig mistake - yeah i did it too-) but since he had been having a hard time using it with some broken part he bought it to service center in Turkey (datapro). They told him the problem is fixed. So, he had his machine back only to see the problem was still there (what a surprise!)

He took the machine to service for a second time and this time told the serice needed some spare parts which they don't have and waiting from fujitsu siemens headquarters. Since the guy was busy, he got his laptop temporarily to work till the part arrives. But the part is still not there and when he called fusitsu hotline here in Turkey, he's been told since he got his laptop back, even though it's longer than 30 days (maximum time to fix a device before replacing it) they can not replace it with a new one.
