Installing Windows 7 on Scaleo P

Postby johnbev » Tue May 14, 2013 15:03

I ran the Microsoft Windows 7 Advisor. It says I can install Windows 7 32- or 64- bit without problems, except possibly for the Realtek PCIe GBE family controller driver and software update. Neither Fujitsu nor Realtek offer a Win 7 driver for this. Does anyone have any experience of just using the Vista driver? Do you have any other advice before I start to install Win 7?

I've not tried installing Win 7 yet - I'm still looking for a bargain price for legit software on eBay (Win 7 home premium 64 bit). When I buy and install, I'll post my story here. If need be, I'll try the link sabrex gave me - thanks. Meanwhile I'd appreciate hearing of others' experiences of installing Win 7 on Scaleo P.

Hello, can you comment on your experience?
I have tried to install win7 x64, and I've had problems with the sound (beeps) and the video (lines and slow movements).
What motherboard do you have?
