Celsius H780

Hello! I am trying to find out whats wrong with my friends laptop.
Its a Celsius h780, when i press the power button, it glows, same with the "f-lock key", and then just dies. No fans, no screen, no nothing.

Any tips?

I tried to take the battery out, and boot it with just the charger, no luck.

Hello

Please, remove the battery, charger and all external devices and hold the power button for 10-15s. After that, connect the charger and turn the laptop on.

If it doesn't solve the issue, please provide the serial number of the device.
