Recently I tried to purchase recovery media for my workstation (it had to dissappear during all those years) via https://ts.fujitsu.com/sw-shop/recover.aspx?
after submission my serial number - I just received information that
The serial number you have entered is invalid to order a “Windows 7 Recovery Medium”.
Which is totally weird since I do posess a sticker with a microsoft license for windows 7 etc. this is totally compliant/genuine hardware.
Is anyone able to help?
