No image on screen

I own an Esprimo Q558
The problem is no image at startup.
Tried another monitor and tried a different dp cable.
No result.
Opened the PC and blew it clean.
There was almost no dust in it already.
Anyone have an idea ??

Please provide the serial number of the affected device.

Could you kindly clarify some details:

Is the problem occurring only at startup or also after 2 minutes, when the OS should load? Since when is the issue present?
Were there any HW or SW changes prior?
Are both DP output affected?
Did you tried different video outputs?
