D7011 - 2nd M.2 slot unusable

Postby Thibs » Sat Feb 10, 2024 8:46

Hello everyone.

I'm having difficulties with our Espromo D7011.
All have a second slot for a second Nvme SSD. I tried everything, the slot is enabled in the Bios but the SSD is never detected.
The same SSD on the first slot works perfectly fine.

Nasty bug IMO. Is it possible to fix this ?
Thank you.

Hi there,

It sounds like you're having some issues with your 2nd M.2 SSD disk. One possible solution could be to check your BIOS settings. Here's how you can do that:

1. Restart your computer.
2. As your computer is booting up, press the F2 key. This should take you to your BIOS settings.
3. Once you're in the BIOS settings, navigate to the 'Advanced' tab.
4. From there, go to 'Drive Configuration'.
5. In the 'Drive Configuration' menu, you should see settings for both M.2 SSD 1 and M.2 SSD 2.
6. Make sure both of these settings are enabled.

If both settings are enabled and you're still having issues I would recommend getting in touch with your local Service Desk at: https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/IndexContact.asp?lng=en
They should be able to provide further assistance and, if necessary, repair or replace the faulty hardware.

Kind regards,
