Q520 starts by itself since a couple of weeks ago

My PC starts by itself as soon as i switch on the branch outlet, something that i've never experienced before. I've tested another branch outlet, turned off Wake-on-Lan via Device Manager and tried to change energy settings, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas of how i can solve it? Maybe some setting in BIOS which needs to be changed?

Please, change the Power Failure Recovery setting in BIOS:

Power - Power Failure Recovery: Disabled or Always Off

I've already tried that, nothing changed unfortunaltely. Do you have any other solutions?
