Unfortunately due to End of Life support status of this model, all information on such has been archived.
Given the way the PCIe technology works, any of both card should be detected by the MB once the correct drivers have been installed.

Take into account that none of this 2 LAN card models have NOT been actively tested by Fujitsu for this specific model, hence the utilization of any of both will fall under the customers responsibility and discretion.
