ESPRIMO D556/2/E85+ BIOS update problem

Guys,

I just updated the new bios which released last month
Version (Build/Date) V5.0.0.12 - R1.31.0 (18/08/2022)

Big problem occured.....
in BIOS screen.
Product name
Customer serial Number
Identity number
in system information page all turned into blank...

and my win10 became bootleg version and I am NOT able to reactivated it again.

Please advise what should I do??? I updated the BIOS in win10 via Desk Flash Instant
and update is succeed.... BIOS version updated but seems all DMI information being cleared.

Reinstall windows, downgrade BIOS can't help...

The biggest problem is that the warranty have been expired :(
