ESPRIMO E910 after BIOS Password Recovery, HDD User Password is set

Hello,

I recovered the BIOS Admin Password succesful as described.
V4.6.5.3 - R1.22.0

But after rebooting the PC, my HDD requested an User Password from me, which I never setted.

When I disconnected the HDD, I was able to have access to the BIOS and
to update BIOS up to V4.6.5.3 - R1.23.0.

The problem still exist.

How can I take this request of the User Password away ?

The description of this procedure is available under previously provided link, however this document is accesible only for Fujitsu employees or Service Partners.

"Every enquiry for a master password or unlock procedure can be requested by a technical request within the WCM tool or within the SA (Support Assistent). The Helpdesk Agent and Service Partner are responsible for the verification of the ownership of the system. The master password will only be forwarded via Helpdesk if the proof of ownership (customer’s invoice) is attached to the SA call."
