"Every enquiry for a master password or unlock procedure can be requested by a technical request within the WCM tool or within the SA (Support Assistent). The Helpdesk Agent and Service Partner are responsible for the verification of the ownership of the system. The master password will only be forwarded via Helpdesk if the proof of ownership (customer’s invoice) is attached to the SA call."
