[P556/2] PCIe Graphic card compatibilty

Postby lgiraud » Thu Jun 01, 2017 16:03

I am using a PCIE graphic card Nvidia GT730 (from Gigabyte)
It worked fine with a P556 but it does not work anymore on P556/2.
It will not boot if a digital output is connected. (but will work fine when booting with VGA only and then connect HDMI and DVI).
I have also checked with a old ATI/AMD card and the problem is the same.
Does anybody use a non-Fujistu PCIe Graphic card?
Thanks you your answers.

Hello igiraud,

Maybe there is a BIOS setting to select the Display output. Have you checked that this has been set correctly?

Usually found under the Advanced section the BIOS. Check what is listed there and if its set to internal Graphics only.

Thank you for the answer.
Fujitsu seems to be very narrow minded. Their answer is : only Fujistsu peripherals are working with fujitsu PCs.
I found a solution that have been working great for almost a year now: I do not buy Fujitsu anymore.
