Can I upgrade my CPU?

Hi, I have an ESPRIMO e5720 with a intel Pentium Dual Core e2160 installed by default.
Since now I'm seeing that this CPU is becoming really outdated, I was wondering if I could replace it with a core 2 duo E6850, I have found this: https://www.usedcomp.de/pdf/Esprimo_E-S ... enblat.pdf and according to this it should work, but I want a sure answer, so will it work?

I've been adding a e8400 dual core and the fans where working full throttle.. NO reason for that the temperatures where very low but seems there is something to do when changing the CPUs... and I do not know what... Any help ?
