E910: After udate to Windows 10 SATA 2 doesn't work

Postby michaelpankow » Thu Aug 20, 2015 8:14

Hello,
I have updated my E910 machine from Windows 7 64 bit to Windows 10. Everythings works fine except my 4 SATA2 ports, which do not recognize any device. Under Windows 7 they are working ok. The two SATA 3 ports are working correctly und Windows 70.
Any idea how to fix the problem?

In the meantime I fixed the problem:
Installing Rapid Storage Technology (RST) driver helps. The SATA 2 ports are now working properly.

Respectfully , I have faced the same problem; I have Fujitsu ESPRIMO E7936 and at the moment of turning my computer on. the Phoenix bios menu can not detects the hardware; first the Phoenix menu shows a window over to choose F 2 or F 12 and then a window tells"initializing" and then the the window 10 start working, the above process takes 45-60 seconds, I did not have such problem when I had window 7 Pro 64 bit, I do not know "Rapid Storage Technology (RST) driver" and I am not sure if it is compatible with my computer or to fix the above problem and I do not know which of the downloads options I must choose to install in following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25165
I fear if I install the "the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) RAID driver version 14.6.0.1029, it would make worse or stops working my computer.
Unfortunately the Fujitsu Forum does not respond to our problem, thanking you.
