Accessing Recovery Partition

I have a Esprimo Q520 running Windows 8.1. How do I access the Recovery Partiton to revert back to factory defaults?

the User manual states:

Restoring the hard disk contents
You will find the instructions for restoring the contents of the hard disk in the "Recovery Guide" manual.

Sorry but I dont have a Recovery Manual, and Fujitsu's website doesn't seem to have it either.

Fujitsu provide you with recovery media. The hidden partition is only accessible when you first power on the machine and it goes through self extraction. find your recovery media.

I've now managed to access the DVD and restore to Windows 8.1 thanks.
