bios is not recognise disks

Hi i bought a primergy tx1320 m3 second hand, and try to install windows 10. The bios cannot see the drive in it, whn it loging in uefi it sees the raid controller, whn i am in bios csm enabled it cannot see the disks. any suggestion?
