Primergy TX 2540 M1 problems with pci-e gpu

I have TX2540 M1 tower server, I put it sound card and gpu and I use it as workstation.

Sound card work fine but gpu is problematic. 5 beeps always before OS boot. And I could not go BIOS because black screen. Signal came screen when OS boot. Should I change BIOS settings, I not find primary graphics adapter text hear.

Without PCIe gpu, system works great. But graphic performance is afwull because Matrox G200 is super old.
