CSM Missing Lifebook U749

Hi,
I have purchased U749 model and want to install Windows 10. But CSM function is missing. As per guides available it says to do below settings.
Set Supervisor BIOS Password
A. Turn the computer on and enter BIOS by pressing F2
B. Use the arrow keys to select the Security tab
C. Select Set Supervisor Password and press Enter
D. In the Enter Password field, type a password and press Enter
E. In the Confirm New Password field, type a password and press Enter
F. Setup will notify you the Changes have been saved, press Enter
On the Security Tab under Secure Boot Configurationset Secure Boot Option to Disabled
On the Advanced Tab set CSM to Enabled

For me CSM is missing from Advanced Menu as shown in attached image. I have checked each sub-menu but didnt find CSM.
Current Bios version is 2.13 (09/09/2019)
Please help to fix this

Thank for reply but firstly interface is completely different, secondly here it shows CSM option to enable or disable but for my interface CSM is completely not showing.

Sorry, ich musste mich erst mal informieren, was "CSM" überhaupt bedeutet!

Du hast einen hochwertigen Fujitsu-Rechner! Das bedeutet eventuell, daß einige Funktionen im BIOS oder UEFI-Bios erst von einem Fujitsu-Servicepartner freigeschaltet werden müssen (to activated by Service-Partner), bevor man manche Option (hier CSM: on/off) im BIOS-Setup überhaupt sieht!! Falls die Option nicht ab Werk freigeschaltet wurde.

Normalerweise verwendet man Windows-64-bit und modernste Hardware mit einem solchen Lifebook, da braucht man eigentlich kein CSM!?

You want install Windows 10 32 bit?

Please don't, try 64 bit version!


Versuche einmal die unter dem Link genannten Befehle an der Kommandozeile einzugeben, vielleicht funktioniert der CS-Modus bereits!? (als Administrator bitte).
