Hallo zusammen,

Dear all,
for a couple of weeks I'm struggeling with reduced cpu-performance.
Hardware: Lifebook U745
incident:
I wanted to deactivate the wifi by pressing the button above the keyboard. But I accidently press the ECO-button.
Due to that the "function manager" got started and began to set the some energy saving settings. But during that it crashed.
result:
I couldn't reactivate the wifi, so I had to reboot the system. After that the wifi was still not available, so I had to activate the network card in the windows device manager.
By then still the cpu-performance was stuck at approx. 33% (according to the performance view in the ressource monitor)
containment actions
Actively throtteling the cpu-performance by the windows energy saving settings (up and down) brought no changes.
Thus I conclude that the function manager (fujitsu software) changes the system performance in a different way/position. (image ""Clipboard02.jpg": "energy savings OFF" = "extended battery runtime")
Rerunning the function manager did bring any changes. Apparently I saved the new current max-value of 33%.
After deactivating the energy savings all other savings get disabled except the cpu-throtteling.
So dear fujitsu-team, how can I get my full cpu-performance back?
