I raise support case for my lifebook A serial laptop on November 26, 2015. after two days engineer came and found the issue on the mother board that need to be replaced. I will raise request for the same.
Till now my issue is not resolved and whenever I call the support they the spare is not available and waiting for the same.
Anybody know the support matrix to whom I can escalate so that my issue get resolve.
