LH532 webcam does not work

Hi, I have an LH532 with windows 8.1. About 4 months ago I noticed that the webcam doesn't work and my computer starts very slowly. I reinstalled BIOS to the latest version and I also reinstalled Windows 8.1 but none of these solved the promlems.
After that I contacted Fujitsu Hungary and they replaced some hardwares and installed the proper drivers for me and everything worked fine.

Some days ago I tried to use Skype and my webcam did not work. First I tried to reinstall the cam driver, but it said: "The FJ Camera has not found! Please plug in the FJ Camera and then run installation again"
I also tried to reinstall the OS and then the driver again, I tried to apply a little force on both sides of the camera (I read it among the comments of a youtube video of the same problem with Fujitsu AH532) but none of these worked.

What should I do? Would you be so kind as to suggest me a solution?
(If it is not necessary I would not take my laptop back to service, because I work on my computer all the time and it takes 1 or 2 weeks for them to fix a problem.)

at first check if webcam ist enabled in BIOS and check keycombination "Fn"+"F12" to switch "on/off" the cam from OS... i mean at the right side from the cam is a litte led to sign the status of the cam (cam on = led on)

Thank you for your answer, I checked it in BIOS and it is enabled.

fn f12 and the LED next to the camera do not work.
(every other function key combo works fine, e.g. fn f5, fn f7 etc.)

I really think that it is hardware issue again..
