Fujitsu Warranty Date lookup

I’m trying to determine the actual warranty expiry date for each of our over 1100 Fujitsu laptops. I found the follow http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/warranty/index.asp? Which allow you to look up warranty details however it look like it only works for the UK. I have tried over 100 of the serial numbers and none of them return any results, instead that all return the exact same error message “Unfortunately, a product could not be identified based on your input. Please try again.”

Does a similar site exist for the US / Canada? Should this URL above work for all Fujitsu laptops worldwide? Is there another site that will allow us to look up all of our Fujitsu warranty date?

US / Canada / Japan all these units the serial number generaly begin with an R
Europe tend to begin with a Y or a D.

Thank you for the note about serial numbers, It is helpful but do you know, but do you know where do "Q" serial number come from?

Thank you but that is the same link that I post. I have tried over 100 of the 1100 serial numbers on my list and none of them show any results when using this link. For example randomly picking two SN from my list R0931123 or Q3803662, neither will show any results.

I am finding this same issue when attempting to insert my serial number on https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Index.asp > 'Select a new Product'.

Please advise.
