Amilio Pro v3515 - Keyboard problems on Windows 7

Postby superolaf » Wed Aug 17, 2011 12:46

Hi

I have just installed Windows 7 on my laptop, but I have a problem with my keyboard.
The function key "Alt Gr" is not working correctly. I have norwegian language installed and for an example I cannot type "@". The screen just flashes when I use the "Alt Gr" and "2".

Can anyone help me with this?

isnt it SHIFT key and 2 for the @ symbol ? Never heard of "Alt Gr" being pressed for upper extensions.

On norwegian keyboard this is the default combination. I have tried a lot of different combinations but no luck. This worked on Windows Vista, but vista is not an option.

I looked into this but no go on @ Having read alot I can only say maybe Remap would be the best route. have a read: http://vlaurie.com/computers2/Articles/remap-keyboard.htm
or
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?DisplayLang=en&id=22339 not sure if works in windows 7

Alternative is it possible to have English US set as a secondary so can fast switch to get your @ symbol or put the @ in a text file so you can copy paste when needed.
