EasyChange Rails

Postby annasdad » Tue Nov 18, 2014 11:03

I have an Esprimo P920. I have bought an additional 3.5" HDD but on open the case there are no easy change rails in the spare hdd bay.

Also I have been unable to find any for sale on the internet. Does anyone know where I can find them and their part number? Also do they have to be Fujitsu rails or can I use other types of rails?

Any help/advice welcome.

Thanks

Those rails are Fujitsu specific. All Fujitsu business PCs that I had so far had spare rails fitted in all empty HDD bays, though.

As far as googling goes this seem to be two part numbers referring to the same part:

Herstellernummer: 34041213
Materialnummer: C26361-K10-B395

But... most shops I saw this in are rediculously expensive. Where are you based, anyway?

Thanks for the response. I'm in the UK and I agree about the price of the rails - it's almost as much as I paid for the drive.

I've just gone back to the supplier and pointed out that the manual says they should be in the spare drive bay. I'm waiting to here what they say

Hello

This thread is pretty old, I know, but I've just stumbled upon it when googling. I have a very similar problem. Got a Celsius W420 refurbished (2nd hand) and now I was looking to put another hdd inside. Except the case does not have any rails in the free slots.
Googleing for the part numbers gave me also C26361-K10-B395. I cannot find this exact part number on ebay as used, I find other easy rails for other fujitsu models (many esprimos for 3€ ... grrr). But this one I find it only new and ridiculously expensive for a small plastic part.

Any helping ideas?

I eventually bought these from the Fujitsu shop

Mounting Kit for second 3.5' HDD S26361-F4035-L10 for £10.60 in November 2016 and they worked fine.

Oh, ok. Found them around here for 25€. Did not buy them yet. Still a lot if you ask me for some plastic parts. You can get an entry level hdd already for 50€!

One question though. How did you come up with this part number, it is not the original one, or? How dif you know this one will fit?
