Esprimo E5905 Cant Boot with HD 5450

Hello.
I bought new graphics card for my esprimo e5905, and i have problem, because computer dont boot with Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 512/64 bits (lov profile ofcourse).
Computer power on, fans activate but screen is black. I saw that green power led in motherboard (hdd led) flashes, when HD5450 is use in port PCIe.

Computer Config:
P4 Prescott 2-M 3,2 GHz.
Motherbord D2164 with new Bios with site suport FS.
1.5 GB DDR 667 MHz ( i have too 2 rams 533MHz and i try exchange)
WD 80GB SATA.
DVD-RW
Now is radeon x600se.
Psu stock.
I try all options, disabled intel graphics card, use PEG option in bios, use PCi option in Bios, reset CMOS in Bios, use integrated card when HD 5450 is use in port PCie, but screen is black, reset cmos without battery, other better PSU. But i dont know why? PCi express is 1.0 this is problem? Card have 2.1.

All hardware are good condition.

Please answer to me on my request:
1. Why graphics card are dont work?
2. Which Model Esprimo supports Hd 5450 ? (on intel config) 5925 on Q35 chipset ?
3. Can I use HD radeon 3450 256/64 lov profile and will be good work ? But i want buy, because x600 is very slow.

If it is any help, I use the 4650 with 1gb and it works like a charm, even after almost 3 years.

Of course, I dont play any new high end games. For instance currently I play Mafia 2, Pro Evo 13..
Still waiting for next generation of processors to retire the good old esprimo.
