Pirmergy H400 Server does not boot

We have bought an old Pirmergy H400 Server with Dual Xeon 600MHz Processor. It was working fine, when we bought it. We transported it in a truck and on the next day in our office when we plug the power, the upper red light in the front side left side of the LED burns, you can hear, that a fan starts, but the Server wont start. What could we do here?

check if all CPUs are plugged in correctly or better: remvoe all CPUs (and termination modules) an re-insert them with slight pressure.
