a320raid module for Linux Kern 2.4.27

Is there anyway that I can get <BR>a320raid.o module which is built for Linux kernel 2.4.27. I'm trying to update my server Prmg TX200 running RH9 2.4.20smp kernel to 2.4.27.<P>Any help would be really appreciated.<P>
