Hi,

Did you allow pop ups ? It's necessary as well as active x controls.

Bon courage !

With desktopupdate it says one should not use it if one has internet connection over modem or isdn. I have adsl modem . Does that mean I should not use desktop update?

In the last year, deskupdate has never worked for me. It just says I'm all up to date anyway. So I go directly to the crosstab and download what is necessary. Even after the occasional rebuild, back to as delivered, it still hasn't given me anything. Personally, I don't think it works.

Are we talking about the DeskUpdate that contains software and drivers? With my Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li 1718, i got a CD with it, with Tools and Utilities on it, and this runs DeskUpdate for me, after I did a clean install of MS Vista, Apologies if I am speaking about the wrong thing here.

Matt :D
