xml error during installation tx100 s1

Hi, i have a problem with installation of windows server 2008 r2 foundation. i have disable raid from the bios. during the deployment installation appear this error: XML cannot load xml file :\dataimage\postinstall\oobe2unattend.xml. I ve try to select microsoft or custom image but without success.
You can help me? Thanks

Are you using a Memory Stick for the Status Media (first screen when Server Start boots)? If not, using one may resolve your problem.
