scenic p 300. xp BT TOTAL BROADBAND INT/EXP 7.

Every time I boot up I get the following message:-

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNamew could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

iT DOESN'T APPEAR TO HINDER ANYTHING i DO.

This appears to be related to IE7. Removing IE7 will stop the message from appearing.

Smartbridge error

I had exactly this problem a couple of days back, shortly after connecting to NTL and installing their software.

I also have IE7 but in my case the problem was resolved by uninstalling a program called "Broadband Medic".

Prior to installing the software, I was advised to allow my security software to allow about five or six files, one of which was Smart Bridge.

Perhaps this might provide a further clue?
