Please help! Drivers Needed

I would be eternally grateful to anybody who could tell where i can download the driver for my bridgecom fast ethernet adaptor (device id: 1317-0985) which i lost when my pc crashed. Also need the driver for my Intel 82801DB ICH4 Ac'97 Audio Controller (8086-24C5) if any kind soul on here is willing to help me. Thanks.
