[Scenic] T(i845) board D1321 don't boot with cd

I need to reinstal the win and the pc don't boot with cd, the cd work fine in the windows but isn't listed on the bios!
I try boot with disket but get the error:
file ksecdd.sys make 4099 error line 5091 d:xpsprtmaseootsetupsetup.c.
(I use the WindowsXP-KB310994-SP2-Pro-BootDisk-PTG.exe http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... lang=pt-pt)

help please!

Print it out and follow the instructions given. Your particular BIOS may be a different kind than the one illustrated, but the process is basically the same.

Post back and let us know how you get on, with the version of the BIOS your system runs if necessary.

thanks but i alredy have chage the boot order, the problem is that the bios don´t reconise the cd-rom device!
the pc run a phoenix bios but i don't now the version, where do i can see the version?
(sory the bad english)
