[Scenic] USB 2.0 and Scenic N320

Hello.
I plug my external hard disk usb 2.0 to this computer and i don't know why only recognize this device as usb 1.1 under windows xp sp2. I remove device from device administrator and installed again but the result is the same.
If i use norton ghost booting from cdrom it uses msdos usb 2.0 drivers and device is not detected.

Any one knows what happen ?

What motherboard/chipset/processor does your computer have?
I found SCENIC N320's having i865G, i915G, SIS661, SIS661+... Which one is yours?

Chipset is SIS661, pentium IV 2,8Mhz.
