My system seem to lag every time it access the harddrive. My problems started when I bought a new harddrive, a Samsung SP2504C, which I had to set the jumpers to SATA1, but the system is still VERY laggy.
I installed Process Explorer from SysInternals.com and it always use a lot of CPU on "Hardware Interrupts". I wonder if something is really wrong here, and if there's something I could do to prevent this system from lagging?
